Natural Remdy To Aid Sleep
Sometimes in life we just need to slow down and relax no matter how busy we are. Find a time and a personal corner to relax. One of the method I had learn is through yoga which one of the pose called "corpse pose". I love this best as it does not require me to do anything. I just needed to close my eyes and my body lying and palm faced up. With added soothing music played, I can enjoy the a moment of peace with this relaxation exercise. Remember: Do not fall asleep, be aware and focus on your breathe if you have distractions of what you going to have a dinner after for example. Try it! When our body is at rest, it is healing. You will feel refresh after this exercise. It is free, natural and of course it works! :)
